Roman represents plaintiff/employees and defendant/employers on a wide range of civil cases involving common law and statutory claims. He litigates claims involving torts, right to privacy, sexual and other forms of harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblowers, discrimination and retaliation.
As an employment and labor lawyer, Roman regularly provides counsel to both employers and employees on Title VII, the Hawaii Employment Practices Act, FLSA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, COBRA, non-competition agreements, contracts, workplace investigations, civil rights, whistleblower, drug-testing, and all other statutes that apply to Hawaii employers.
Roman's base is in Honolulu, but he makes his services available to all islands and of course can be easily reached by both phone and email.
