EEOC Finalizes Rule Implementing the ADA Amendments Act
March 26th 2011On March 25, 2011, the EEOC finalized the new Rule implementing the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (“ADAAA”). The Commission is responsible for enforcement of title I of the ADA, as amended, which prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of disability. The Rule may be found here: Finalized Rule.
